We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Experiential Lead to design, plan, and
execute innovative brand experiences that connect with our target audience and drive
engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative execution,
manage end-to-end event experiences, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure cost
effective delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement experiential marketing strategies that align with brand
objectives and business goals.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, and brand
experiences to create memorable customer engagements.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and relationships to ensure quality and
timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, digital, creative, sales) to ensure
consistent messaging and impactful execution.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, resource optimization, and
return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to introduce fresh, creative
ideas into experiential campaigns.
- Evaluate event and activation performance, preparing reports and
recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, events management, or brand
activations.
- Proven track record of executing successful events, campaigns, or activations.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Budget-savvy with excellent financial planning and cost management abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with a hands-on approach to
execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or agency environments preferred.
- Certification or training in event management or project management is preferred.
