The Role

As a Salesforce Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing automation solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on enhancing process efficiency through script development and declarative programming, while providing troubleshooting support for existing business logic and integrated systems. You will work with complex data management configurations and web service flows, ensuring robust, scalable solutions. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives, delivering comprehensive, end-to-end outcomes that drive business value.


What You’ll Do (Essential Functions) 

  • Create and improve scripts to streamline processes, increase automation efficiency, and support seamless operations across Salesforce environments.
  • Design and enhance automations leveraging Salesforce declarative programming capabilities, including Process Builder, Flows, and other native Salesforce tools, to meet evolving business needs.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within existing business logic and integrated systems, ensuring optimized functionality and minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Interpret, design, and implement complex web service integrations, understanding data flows, API connections, and middleware to ensure seamless interaction with Salesforce.
  • Develop robust data and feature management strategies within the Salesforce platform, ensuring that configurations align with business objectives and data integrity standards.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure the alignment of Salesforce solutions with business goals.
  • Oversee the development cycle from conception through deployment, ensuring high-quality, fully integrated Salesforce solutions that enhance business capabilities and user experience.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing business applications in Salesforce, PHP, Java, C++, Python, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical projects or products, with a strong ability to coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables within a Salesforce-focused environment.
  • Proven expertise as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex flow solutions and fabrications to enhance platform capabilities and meet business requirements.
  • Willingness to be available for extended hours as needed to support critical projects, deployments, or troubleshooting efforts to ensure continuous operation and success of Salesforce initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently with creativity and a solution-oriented approach while fostering positive, collaborative relationships within cross-functional teams.
