Position Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee Variable Operations, including:

  • New Vehicle Sales

  • Sales Desk Operations

  • Sales process execution
  • Portfolio retention and customer life-cycle management

  • Performance metrics & accountability

  • Coaching and talent development

  • Customer experience standards

This leader will be highly visible within daily operations and responsible for driving consistent results across departments.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong in inventory management, gross strategy, and turn

  • Process-driven and detail-oriented

Luxury brand experience is preferred but not required for the right operator.
