  • Immediate Openings - Income Potential $125,000 to $200,000
  • Previous sales and customer service experience required | Training provided! (Sales/Customer Service can be in industries besides automotive)

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Land Rover sales team. Automotive sales or internet sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome strong performers from hospitality, bartending, waiting tables, or military backgrounds who have proven success in sales and customer service. This is more than a sales position; it's an opportunity to be part of a legacy, guiding discerning clients through their journey of acquiring some of the world's most iconic vehicles.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Sales experience required (automotive, retail, or hospitality)
  • Internet/BDC, luxury, or customer-facing background preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Driven, motivated, and coachable
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and industry trends.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
