Responsibilities
- Developing and leading the firm’s recruiting strategy
- Responsible for the recruitment from graduate to senior level
- Represent the company at workshops, competitions and career fairs, both in the Netherlands and abroad
- Actively sourcing and establishing relationships with potential future hires
- Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience by going above and beyond
- Being a spokesperson conveying Da Vinci’s opportunities, values, and culture
- Becoming a trusted partner and valued decision maker for internal stakeholders
- Creating processes for reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates
Requirements
- Around 2 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude, flexibility and adaptability
- Willingness to travel
- Positive attitude, driven and passion for what you do
- Direct experience recruiting for trading firms is a plus
- Located in the Netherlands or nearby
