Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading the firm’s recruiting strategy
  • Responsible for the recruitment from graduate to senior level
  • Represent the company at workshops, competitions and career fairs, both in the Netherlands and abroad
  • Actively sourcing and establishing relationships with potential future hires
  • Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience by going above and beyond
  • Being a spokesperson conveying Da Vinci’s opportunities, values, and culture
  • Becoming a trusted partner and valued decision maker for internal stakeholders
  • Creating processes for reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates

Requirements

  • Around 2 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility and adaptability
  • Willingness to travel
  • Positive attitude, driven and passion for what you do
  • Direct experience recruiting for trading firms is a plus
  • Located in the Netherlands or nearby
