Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join our Quality Team in Hialeah, FL.
In this role, you will be responsible for aligning business processes, stakeholder needs, and operational priorities to ensure smooth execution across many teams. This role acts as a bridge between business units, program teams, and leadership to support effective planning, coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and execution
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans, requirements, and process improvements
  • Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed
  • Analyzes business data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems and to support decision-making
  • Coordinate cross-functional business activities to support program and operational objectives
  • Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, teams, and leadership
  • Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and support mitigation planning
  • Monitor progress on initiatives, deliverables, and action items
  • Support process standardization, integration, and operational efficiency
  • Prepare executive level reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership
  • Assist with change management activities and stakeholder engagement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, project coordination, process improvement, or a related role
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Export Control Requirements:
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in program integration, business process management, or cross-functional coordination
  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Professional Project Management Certification
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to influence without direct authority

Summary pay range: $79,000.00 - $112,000.00
