Experienced QA Engineer with C#

About the Role & Team

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to take primary responsibility for testing and quality assurance of our internal data processing applications. The main focus will be on FERDA ecosystem.

The FERDA ecosystem offers IDC analysts and data engineers powerful tools to create data products — transforming 13B+ datapoints and 30M+ user actions into trusted intelligence.

FERDA is the single source of truth for IDC's data products. It is the place where these products are built, validated, and distributed to the downstream platforms used by IDC clients. Every step from raw input to client-ready intelligence happens here.

For QA, this means testing a platform where correctness is non-negotiable: a single defect can propagate from data entry through forecasts and into client-facing deliverables. The testing landscape is broad — a desktop client, backend services, and a range of supporting applications.

What You’ll Do

• Daily manual testing of internal data applications (Ferda and others)
• Plan and execute regression testing cycles
• Write and maintain UI automation tests in C# and Selenium or other selected frameworks
• Manage test cases in Zephyr Document and track defects in Jira
• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate changes

What You Bring

Must Have

• 3+ years in software testing
• Manual and automated testing experience
• C# or another object-oriented language for test automation
• Database querying (SQL)
• Willingness to experiment and incorporate AI tools into daily work to increase quality and efficiency

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with test automation in FlaUI
• Familiarity with performance, security testing and API testing
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
