Experienced Product Specialist/Sales Representative

Compensation Range: $50,600 - $137,000.

Schedule:

• Weekend availability
• 2 consecutive days off each week

Lithia Nissan of Clovis is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Product Specialist/Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Maintain product knowledge and achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Internet sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
