  • Define and prioritise product initiatives aligned with customer needs, business goals, technical opportunities, and growth objectives.

  • Improve product findability, category exploration, merchandising, and the browse-to-basket journey, using personalisation strategies to create more helpful, engaging, and confident shopping experiences.

  • Write clear product specifications, optimise conversion funnels, and support scalable capabilities across markets.

  • Use product data, KPIs, experimentation, and customer insight to guide strategic decisions and assess impact.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping, A/B testing, measurement, and iteration.

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, operations, agentic commerce, data science, analytics, SEO, search, recommendations, content, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Product Experience: You have 4+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role in e-commerce or customer-facing digital products, with strong agile methodology skills and hands-on work with cross-functional teams.

  • Domain Expertise: You have improved onsite product discovery capabilities across storefront navigation and product listing pages, including search, filtering, faceting, and findability in customer-facing e-commerce products.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You have collaborated closely with design and engineering teams to define, prioritise, and deliver product features aligned with business goals.

  • Data & Experimentation: You have used data insights and A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses, optimise features, and guide product decisions.

  • Delivery Excellence: You have demonstrated energy, hard work, and a continuous-learning mindset in a fast-changing digital ecosystem, with a focus on delivering high-quality complex products.

  • Ownership & Problem Solving: You have proactively taken ownership, brought a practical can-do mindset, and used resourcefulness and creativity to independently solve complex problems.

  • Clear Communication: You have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely to stakeholders across teams.

  • AI-enabled Product Thinking: You have first hands-on experience using AI and LLMs to support product work, such as shaping business cases, creating mock-ups, and translating ideas into clear BDD scenarios and technical specifications.

  • Qualifications: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree, relevant product management certification, agile qualification, or equivalent practical training is a plus.
