As a New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
