Are you a native-level German-speaking social listening expert with a strong track record in pharmaceutical insight work?
We are seeking Freelance Social Insight Analysts to support our growing portfolio of healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. If you have deep experience uncovering patient-centric insights, such as patient journey mapping, treatment experiences, or unmet needs, from social data, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll work flexibly across client projects, combining strong Boolean logic and dashboard configuration skills with a sharp analytical eye for surfacing qualitative and quantitative insights that matter. You’ll work closely with our insights and strategy teams to help bring the patient voice to life in powerful, well-structured English.
In this role, you will:
- Write and refine advanced Boolean queries to gather targeted, noise-free datasets relevant to patient journeys, treatment pathways, and condition-specific conversations.
- Design and maintain social listening dashboards that support pharmaceutical insight generation, including tagging, filtering, and custom categorisation.
- Ensure high data quality through regular QA, workflow optimisation, and platform troubleshooting.
- Extract and structure insights related to specific stages of the patient experience—from symptom onset to diagnosis, treatment, and disease management.
- Collaborate with insight leads and account teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and broader research frameworks.
- Stay updated with social listening platform updates, healthcare compliance considerations, and evolving best practices.
Requirements
- Native-level German and fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience delivering social insights for pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
- Proven ability to build and optimise Boolean queries, taxonomies, and tagging structures.
- Familiarity with patient journey frameworks, treatment landscapes, and regulatory context.
- Confidence working independently and delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
