Team
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile industry. The Engineering & Data team plays a key role in Voodoo’s long-term strategy. It enables Voodoo to both accelerate product diversification and provide a state of the art growth-engine to distribute and scale our games. They create innovative solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple searching to complex machine learning systems.
You will join Voodoo's Ad Network team, which is part of the Engineering & Data department. Our Ad Network project is a crucial initiative, connecting advertisers in real-time with mobile apps that want to host advertisements. By joining this team, you will have a significant impact on our ad tech initiatives, working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and excellence.
Role
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions to support innovative ad experiences (e.g., remote ad format configuration, video creative optimization, etc.)
- Build and evolve backend services supporting our SDK developers (e.g., diagnostics event pipelines, etc.)
- Own and support SDK integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, and smooth operation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and other squads within the Ad Network team to deliver high-impact solutions
Profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Proficiency in a modern JavaScript UI framework (Vue.js or React)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in Ad Tech, real-time systems, or large-scale integrations is a strong plus
