Experienced Full-stack Engineer (AI-first product)

We’re looking for an Experienced Full-stack Engineer to join us in Prague. You’ll work on one of our most strategic initiatives, helping us define what AI-first product management should look like. This means tackling complex problems, crafting simple and intuitive user experiences, and collaborating closely with PMs and designers to shape not just how we build, but what we build.

• Build modern, interactive UIs in React + TypeScript
• Work across the stack (React, Kotlin, GraphQL, Python) to deliver end-to-end features
• Improve real-time collaborative editing experiences using TipTap
• Integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into user workflows
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from discovery to production
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure high performance
• Help shape the product direction by working directly with PMs and designers

• 5+ years of experience building modern web apps
• Strong knowledge of React + TypeScript
• Experience with backend technologies (Kotlin, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL or Python) 
• Willingness to dive into rich text editors
• Readiness to use Claude for coding tasks beyond test generation
• Interest in working with AI-driven workflows
• A focus on performance, usability, and clean design
• Comfortable making product trade-offs and thinking from the user's perspective
• Ability to work independently with minimalistic guidance

• Knowledge of TipTap, ProseMirror, or similar editors
• Background in scaling React apps in large codebases
• Familiarity or interest in integrating AI features into UI flows

• React frontend in Typescript with Styled Components and our design system
• Relay for data fetching and management
• Collaborative documents built on TipTap editor
• Kotlin, Ruby, Kafka, Postgres, Redis, and GraphQL in the backend
• AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform for infrastructure
• Github, Slack, Linear, Productboard
• Python and LangGraph for AI
