Experienced In-House Full Cycle Recruiter
As an In-House Recruiter at Empire Home Remodeling, you will be a driving force behind the growth and strength of our organization. This role ensures continuous, strategic recruitment efforts across all levels—from entry-level positions to executive leadership. You’ll manage seamless full-cycle hiring processes while supporting smooth service operations across the company.
You’ll serve as the essential link between candidates and managers and delivering a white-glove experience at every stage. Your work will shape the quality of our team, reinforce our culture, and directly impact the success of Empire Home Remodeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Hiring Needs: Collaborate with managers to understand the requirements for open positions and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a thorough evaluation process.
- Managing Candidate Relationships: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to enhance their experience.
- Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles.
- Tracking Recruitment Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Building Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a proactive approach to recruitment.

$55k-$65k per year (based on experience)

This is NOT a remote position, must be on-site Monday through Friday during assigned hours.
