We’re looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team, supporting financial consultants in managing and administering pension and personal wealth client portfolios. This is a great opportunity to work closely with consultants, develop your expertise, and make a visible impact on client experience.
What we’re looking for:
minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally with pensions or personal wealth clients
strong understanding of financial products and client portfolio management
experience supporting senior consultants or leadership teams is a plus
excellent communication and customer service skills
high attention to detail, proactive, and able to resolve client issues efficiently
strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently
What you’ll be doing:
administer and manage a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients
support consultants in the smooth running of client accounts
handle client queries and maintain high levels of service
ensure activities comply with internal procedures and regulations
provide administrative support, including document preparation, workflow management, and meeting coordination
stay up-to-date with industry developments and training opportunities
