The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is a best-in-class, mid-career leadership program designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders at GE Aerospace. This structured three-year program provides three one-year rotations, comprehensive development experiences, executive-level mentoring, and targeted career coaching – all to protect today, optimize tomorrow, and enable us to invent the future.
Program Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for consideration, candidates at a minimum are required to have:
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a STEM related field of study.
• Between 6-9 years of total working experience.
• Experience within the aerospace, defense, or power related industries.
• Ability to travel up to 25% per year to support business needs.
• Willingness to be geographically mobile while on program and at time of graduation per on program rotation / off program role availability and business needs.
• Commitment to localize, prior to program start date, if not already, under an in person working arrangement at their nearest commercial hub tied to their current residence – Cincinnati (USA), London (UK), Dubai (UAE), Shanghai (China), New Delhi (India), or Singapore (Singapore). Note, GE Aerospace will support individuals in obtaining temporary work authorization as needed for this specific opportunity along with relocation support.
