We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our fast-growing team in the medical device manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in precision machining, quality workmanship, and contributing to life-changing medical products.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes, machining centers, and/or grinders
- Machine complex, tight-tolerance components for medical device applications
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Optimize processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cycle times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe, mill, and/or grinding)
- Experience machining tight-tolerance, high-precision components
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Familiarity with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, CMM experience is a plus)
- Experience in medical, aerospace, or other regulated industries preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding organization
