Audi Millburn is proud to feature a brand-new, spectacular, state-of-the-art showroom, and we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our award-winning team.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Weekends off)

  • 7:30am - 4:00pm (with 30 minutes lunch break)

Hourly Rate: $17 + Bonuses

The ideal candidate will have:
•    Previous experience in customer vehicle retention and service mining
•    Previous automotive dealership BDC or internet sales experience
•    Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
•    Outstanding follow-up skills
•    Team player mentality
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Excellent computer skills, including CRM proficiency
•    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
