This position is 100% in person in our Denver, CO office.
Responsiblities:

  • Answer phones for multiple offices over a centralized calling system, monitor fax lines, and centralized voice-mails
  • Monitor and manage the front desk, greet clients and vendors
  • Schedule conference rooms, handle hospitality arrangements and assist with local events, order and restock supplies, manage incoming and outgoing mail, enter firm expenses and daily deposit of receivables
  • Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Develop and demonstrate a general knowledge of the firm's products and services
  • Produce high quality work in compliance with work processing guidelines and firm standards
  • Assist other administrative staff and overflow work as needed


Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires two to three years of job-related experience with a high school education, or one year of job-related experience with an associate degree
  • Experience working in a professional services work environment is preferred
  • Requires intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel, and a basic knowledge of Power Point
  • Ability to provide clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize many projects simultaneously under pressure and time deadlines
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule to meet workflow demands


Wipfli supports equal pay for all. In addition, in the State of Colorado, we are committed to equal pay for equal work in accordance with Senate Bill 19-085. The pay range for this role is $14.00-$23.00.
