JOB PURPOSE

As a Experience Strategist (m/f/div) at DEPT®, you will be the connecting link between our client's business objectives and focusing on our CX and digital engineering capabilities. . You will work closely with our Designers, Architects, and Project and Account Managers to create and implement strategic plans for well-known brands in our client portfolio and help them navigate through the ever-evolving digital landscape. 

You will be the main driver for developing long-term experience strategies including design tactics in collaboration with our engineering & experience experts. Together with our client team, you present your team's work & ideas eloquently in workshops, QBRs, or other formats to our clients and partners.

We are looking for someone passionate about experience & emerging technologies, you should always have an eye on market trends and bring this enthusiasm to our clients & teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and industry landscape;

- Develop innovative experience & engineering strategies that align with client objectives;

- Leverage a deep understanding of design, technology, and innovation to create comprehensive plans that drive measurable results;

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal execution of projects;

- Providing insights and recommendations for project and product optimization;

- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Have at least 3 years of professional experience as a digital planner, design or technology  strategist in a digital agency;

- See yourself as a digital generalist, linking the strategic needs of clients to DEPT®'s service portfolio;

- Possess deep knowledge of Customer Experience, Digital product design and development;

- Independently conducts consumer research, develops data-based target group insights and derives holistic communication strategies, design plans, technology recommendations from these insights;

- Have strong teamwork and communication skills;

- Have a high sense of responsibility and enjoy working independently;

- Approach new tasks proactively and pragmatically;

- Communicate confidently in German and English;

- Experience with transportation, travel or automotive is a plus;

- Availability to start working in or relocate to the greater Hamburg area, Germany.
