Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Are you ready to move beyond traditional marketing?

We're looking for a strategic and passionate Experience Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the future of customer engagement for the USIS business unit. This isn't just about managing events—it's about designing innovative, customer-centric journeys that create memorable brand interactions and convert audiences into advocates.

You will be the architect of engagement, leveraging customer research and insights to inform your strategy. You'll create content, be the communications lead, and execute impactful experiences across multiple touchpoints—from high-touch physical events to dynamic digital platforms—all with the goal of driving brand advocacy, loyalty, and, ultimately, measurable results for Equifax. You'll work closely with our Sales teams, enabling them to maximize these experiences for pipeline generation and business success.

What You'll Do:

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Be a Strategist: Support the development and execution of a comprehensive experience marketing strategy that directly impacts customer engagement, brand advocacy, and revenue growth.

  • Define Success: Help to define, own, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all experience marketing initiatives, ensuring every effort is powerfully aligned with USIS business objectives.

  • Develop Compelling Content: Work with the customer use case and/or vertical activation teams to create impactful narratives that clearly communicate the value proposition of Equifax solutions within each customer experience. This includes materials such as customer emails, event signage, presentations, and supporting speaking engagements.

  • Activate the Narrative: Utilize strategic messaging developed by the Use Case team to create compelling pre, during, and post-event strategies, and execute activation plans with key stakeholders.

  • Drive Demand: Develop and manage planned, successful promotional campaigns across digital, email, paid, and social channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience from first touch to conversion.

  • Collaborate and Integrate: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop, pitch, and execute strategic, integrated marketing campaigns that deliver a unified message.

  • Obsess Over the Customer: Leverage deep customer research and competitive insights to continuously improve the customer experience and inform future strategy.

  • Seamless Execution: Work closely with the event logistics and operations team throughout the planning lifecycle to maximize customer engagement and impact on the day.

  • Measure and Report: Partner with the Business Intelligence team to utilize data and analytics to rigorously measure the impact of experiences on customer engagement, define ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Close the Loop: Partner with Customer Insights to design feedback mechanisms that provide the Use Case team and Product team with valuable insights to prioritize key use cases, validate differentiators, and share knowledge with internal stakeholders.

What Experience You Need

  • Education: College degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including a background in B2B.

  • Matrix Navigation: Experience leveraging marketing strategy briefs to align demanding teams within a highly matrixed organization.

  • Customer-First Mentality: Approaches every project and interaction with the customer experience in mind.

  • Communication Power: Effective communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Execution Excellence: Verified project management skills and tools proficiency; the ability to meticulously plan, manage, and complete complex projects on time.

  • Travel: Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
