What you'll do:
As an Experience Marketing Specialist, you will drive the approach to product marketing as a benefit area for consumers, developing brand and product strategies, collaborating with innovation projects and create communication assets for in-market activation. In detail, you will:
- Promote the Taste product line benefits areas and create innovation concepts alongside product development teams, fostering a comprehensive approach considering consumer, trends and market insights;
- Take part on innovation ladder and project check points as a Marketing representative, contributing with brand positioning and consumer in-depth knowledge, also acting as the voice of the consumer when discussing product innovation;
- Lead the definition of claims for product launches, translating product features into consumer-driven benefits, in accordance with the overall Electrolux Group's Marketing strategy;
- Develop 360º communications campaigns, defining plans and targets across all touch points, leading agency setups and delivering support packages and assets for use throughout Latin America;
- Monitor results of local campaigns to generate insights for strategic direction, aiming for increase in profitable sales enhancement, keeping track of product performance alongside Product Line and Local Category Management teams;
- Support local teams on the definition of communication calendars, as well as regional package adoption and exchange of regional and local insights;
- Manage Brand assets, innovation and development, acting as a guardian for Brand architecture strategy, driving consistency across the board and ensuring differentiation from competitors through the mapping of communication initiatives.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related areas;
- Proven, successful background in Brand Marketing , Product Marketing and innovation;
- Consistent track in translating market and consumer data into actionable insights to support marketing strategy;
- Experience with management and development of product projects, experience launch marketing campaigns;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish.

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Group Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
