About the role:
As an Experience Marketing Manager within the Experience Marketing Team for BA Europe & APMEA, you will be responsible for leading commercial projects within our Food Preservation categories in Europe. You’ll play a key cross-functional role, connecting insights and innovation with execution — from the creation of Experience Value Propositions (XVPs) to marketing asset development and go-to-market plans. This role sits at the heart of how we deliver consumer-centric, sustainable, and commercially successful experiences.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead consumer-focused, insight-driven launches from ideation to execution, working cross-functionally across Product Line, Marketing, and Commercial teams. You’ll define and champion differentiated Experience Value Propositions (XVPs), ensure seamless and impactful go-to-market strategies, and guide the storytelling for our launches. You’ll also contribute to our innovation process, capturing category needs and defining our future consumer-centric & innovative experiences.
Who You Are

You are passionate about delivering outstanding consumer experiences
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and excellent project management abilities
- Experienced (5–7+ years) in consumer-driven companies within product, marketing, or business development roles
- Adept at using consumer insights and data to inform and shape decision-making
- Degree-qualified in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Familiar with international and cross-functional environments; experience in FMCG is a plus
Where You Will Be Based
You will be based at our Stockholm HQ Head Office in Stadshagen. Occasional travel may be required to meet with cross-regional teams or support events and launches across Europe.
