All about the role:
The Experience Marketing Manager is, as part of the Experience Marketing Team BA Europe & APMEA, responsible for leading commercial projects of our consumer experiences within Food Preservation categories in APMEA. Working closely with Product Line, as well as the Marketing teams, and the Commercial Area teams, ensuring that our experiences reaches the consumers with high impact and delivers commercial value through strong go-to-market plans.
What you’ll do:
- Create insight-based Experience Value Propositions (XVPs) for new BA-specific launches.
- Work with BA Product Line, R&D, and Design to ensure that Group-led range laddering is supported by strong, relevant claims.
- Brief in & review Commercial Launch deliverables (the what), with the support of Marketing Operations, to ensure impactful and differentiated marketing assets and securing red thread within marketing launch toolbox for all FPS Asia launches.
- Work cross-functionally to secure launch excellence towards target audiences.
- Work with Commercial Areas Marketing & PL, Marketing Operations and Consumer Marketing Activation to enable execution of competitive PACS launches delivering on our commercial objectives, in line with the Master Marketing Plan
- Ensure full alignment with Product Line and R&D on execution through joint checkpoints.
- Work with Legal to validate and approve Claims and provide feedback to Group Experience Marketing.
- Contribute to the Innovation Triangle team and Approach To Innovation process to capture category needs and consumer insights specific to FPS Asia, and help develop consumer-centric and innovative experiences in alignment with the PL vision, brand strategies, communication platforms, and sustainability targets.
- Support the Events team to ensure that our storytelling and experiences come alive at key events.
Who you are:
- University degree in Marketing or Business
- 5-7+ year’s professional experience in consumer-driven companies in either product, marketing, or business development functions with proven results, with international exposure.
- Experience in FMCG is considered as a plus
- Consumer insights
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to manage different stakeholders
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
