Who you are
You have spent 5+ years organising and overseeing exceptional hospitality experiences for a premium brand or venue
You combine exquisite taste, a deep passion for IRL experiences, and outstanding organisational skills
You have a high EQ, allowing you to put yourself in the shoes of guests and produce an unreasonably good experience for them
You understand the power of in-person events and have brilliant ideas about creating them
You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes it tick
You have exceptional written & verbal communication skills
What the job involves
We believe in the impact of premium, IRL experiences; we started organising Scarlet’s first ones last year and we are seeing the benefits. We’re looking for someone to join our Marketing team to own and continuously improve our in-person events. The goal of these is to facilitate genuine relationships between healthcare innovators and the wider ecosystem.
Own and grow our roster of Scarlet-hosted in-person experiences – from concept and guest list to delivery and post-event impact
Organise and deliver premium, organic events for customers, sales prospects, media, and other industry stakeholders
Help amplify the impact of Scarlet’s events via thoughtful follow-through with both attendees and colleagues
Work closely with teammates to understand and design events that enable Scarlet to reach its objectives and fulfil its mission
