Responsibilities:
Assist the Product Owners of Money Transfer in conceptualizing, designing, and executing new features and products.
Assist the Product Owners in assessing / developing annual and quarterly product roadmap.
Conceptualize and design new products, and enhance / optimize existing products based on data, competitor analysis, and market trends.
Map-out the pain points for each product, feature, or process.
Turn product requirements into detailed wireframes and documentation, and assess the feature complexity with development resources.
Perform User Testing to ensure usability and effectiveness of the UI / UX designs.
Ensure timely delivery of UI / UX designs.
Present the designs and get buy-ins from relevant stakeholders i.e. GCash Leadership team, internal teams, external partners.
Support the Product Owners in testing the UI / UX designs during the User Acceptance Testing / Demo, and make sure the design is followed before signing-off the User Acceptance Certificate (UAC).
Qualifications:
With a background in UI/UX Design, Product Design, and/or Customer Experience Architecture.
Good project management and cross-functional team organization skills.
Ability to work in an agile setup.
Tech development and/or app development background is a plus.
Skillful in using Figma.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision and guidance of the Money Transfer Experience Head.
Goal-oriented, goes the extra mile, and has a do-whatever-it-takes mindset.
Thrives in fast-paced culture.
