- Professional experience servicing and repairing Ford vehicles
- Experience with Ford or Lincoln vehicles, including F-Series or Super Duty models
- Automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with diesel and gasoline systems
- Experience with automotive electrical systems and drivability concerns
- Experience performing warranty repairs
- Ford certifications
- Ability to pass applicable background and drug screening
