As an Experience Design Senior Associate in CIB’s Digital Enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products and services by leveraging your advanced knowledge of experience design principles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions that cater to a diverse range of users. As a core contributor, align user needs with business goals. Job responsibilities 
•    Design and execute design/research for complex projects and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas
•    Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction
•    Assist in the analysis of market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into the product development processes and ensure seamless and customer-centric solutions
•    Simplify complicated information and processes into elegant experiences.
•    Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and use data to transform raw information into valuable insights to inform decision-making
•    Diagram user experience flows and product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints as you lead end-to-end design initiatives within a specific domain.
•    Ensure the adoption of inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, mentor junior designers and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 
•    3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design, strategic design or similar roles
•    Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)
•    Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing complex user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels
•    Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
•    Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
•    Demonstrated ability in translating complicated concepts into tangible and understandable artefacts
•    Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with the ability to incorporate diverse perspectives and abilities into design solutions
•    Ability and ambition to develop experiences that meet or exceed the initial proposal of a product or experience
•    Proven experience designing complex B2B / enterprise or fintech SaaS products (multi persona, roles/permissions, complex systems and environments).
•    Experience with User Research methods and can conduct their own research and testing when required
•    Exceptional attention to detail
