Position Purpose:
Report Design & Deployment
- Build and customize reports using Qualtrics.
- Apply advanced logic, branching, and embedded data to tailor results experiences.
- Test and launch processes across internal and external audiences.
Data Collection & Management
- Monitor reports and ensure data quality.
- Manage taxonomy, distribution channels, and response quotas.
- Troubleshoot issues related to report delivery or data capture.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with leadership, Provider Experience, and other teams to align Qualtrics goals with business objectives.
- Translate business questions into effective survey designs.
- Provide guidance on interpreting results and implementing improvements.
Technical Skills
- Experience in Qualtrics Preferred but not required: Strong understanding of survey design, logic, embedded data, distributions, and dashboard creation.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to analyze and present survey data.
- Survey Methodology: Knowledge of sampling techniques, question design, and statistical validity.
- Automation & Integration: Experience with workflows, triggers, and API integrations is a plus.
- Basic Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or Python for customizing survey elements or data handling.
Soft Skills
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in survey setup, data collection, and reporting.
- Curiosity & Initiative: Proactively explores new features in Qualtrics and suggests improvements.
Remote Intern Role (ft hrs. - 40hrs/wk. - 12 wks.)
Pay: ($18-26/hr.)
