The Experience Coordinator ensures all WR events, from internal to external showcase the brand and foster meaningful connections. This role demands professionalism, creativity, and a passion for hospitality, thriving in a fast-paced environment to leave a lasting impact. The role supports the Marketing Team and the core pillars of: Sales Enablement, Project and Customer Storytelling, Digital Brand Presence, Live Brand Experience, and Employee Advocacy.WHAT YOU WILL DOInternal and External Events
  • Plan and execute showroom events, from intimate client gatherings to large-scale activations, ensuring every detail, from catering to atmosphere, contributes to an unforgettable experience.
  • Manage event logistics, including invites, RSVPs, hospitality arrangements, technical needs, and setup/teardown.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to bring events to life, ensuring all branding and storytelling elements align with company goals, all leading to successful events.
  • Build relationships with partners using the showroom space, helping them achieve their goals while fostering a stronger connection to the company.
  • Maintain a forward-looking showroom storytelling calendar, integrating employee experience and events that build internal culture.
  • Work closely with leadership and HR to ensure consistent onboarding experience for new employees, acting as a guide to get new employees engaged in peer events.
  • Partner with the Marketing on event signage, printed collateral, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Concierge on event logistics and showroom day-to-day.
Marketing and Customer Experience Support
  • Champion Customer Experience initiatives, ensuring our clients and employees feel appreciated with a human touch.
  • Assist in content capturing for events, social media, email campaigns, and showroom branding, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Build showroom moments and vignettes that double as content sets, working closely with the Digital Content Specialist to develop content.
  • Maintain showroom visual storytelling, curating digital displays, mood boards, and branded presentations to support client interactions.
  • Support the development of print and digital materials that enhance customer experience.
ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) Program Management
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate sustainability practices into showroom operations and events - including repurposing showroom samples, recycling event materials, and implementing eco-friendly hospitality practices.
  • Assist in developing case studies and storytelling for client-facing materials that showcase Workplace Resource’s leadership in ESG efforts.
  • Curate events or activations that showcase sustainable and socially responsible practices, collaborating with vendors and partners who share Workplace Resource’s ESG values.
  • Assisting in data collection required for WR’s Net 0 commitments.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in a creative or event related field preferred; or 1–2 years of professional design and marketing experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a variety of clients, guests, and team members.
  • Interest or experience around the interior design and furniture world.
  • A creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling, with experience in marketing, event planning, or showroom coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple moving pieces while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) to support event and showroom marketing needs.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the contract furniture, design, or architecture industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales/BD teams.
  • Comfort holding and shifting between distinct brand voices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and passion for design in digital and print formats.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams/Zoom in a Windows environment.
