The Opportunity: The Experience Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, execution, and hosting of activations at the Club, delivering the standard operating procedures for events, activities, and holidays. Reporting directly to the Event Manager, this position will lead Events and Experiences to ensure consistent and elevated delivery. The Experience Coordinator represents the Club with high standards of professionalism and integrity, creating memorable and meaningful experiences for Members and their guests.

Duties and Functions

  • Execute Member Events and Experiences as outlined in the Club’s SOPs
  • Collaborate with department heads to elevate the overall Member experience
  • Handle general administration tasks as directed by the Event Manager
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Member experience requests and RSVPs
  • Assist with communications and event promotion before, during, and after events, including recaps
  • Update the SOP (Experience Essential) library for Club-specific activations with the corporate team
  • Track and report on Member experiences, including post-event analysis
  • Attend execution calls on behalf of the Club and communicate details to department heads
  • Coordinate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with F&B teams, working with the Executive Chef on experiences and events
  • Assist with setup, final details, and inspections of event venues to ensure quality execution
  • Lead and execute Member Experience events from start to finish
  • Maintain inventory of departmental supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
  • Serve as leader of weekly programming and Club Operations calendars
  • Support event and experience marketing initiatives
  • Assist in managing pool operations, including programming and Member experiences

Qualification Standards

  • At least two years of experience in event planning, entertainment, recreation, or related experience setting preferred
  • Background in party planning and social/recreational program execution
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Experience with guest communications and social media engagement
  • Basic knowledge of a variety of activities with the ability to collaborate and instruct others as needed

  • Skilled in giving and receiving constructive feedback and building effective relationships at all levels
