Transformation Division - Maximizing value of technology and change investment with best practice insights and process’ to drive speedy and reliable delivery.
Transformation is responsible managing and delivering change and technology investment for NN Life Japan. We provide resource, project, and portfolio management services, process’ and governance to effectively deliver change for NN life Japan; we provide business and financial management and insights for Technology and change; we support recruiting, training, and development of our people so that NN Life Japan has the capabilities it needs to be successful.
Under Transformation the Technology Business Management team leads development of the Technology business plan and budgets for operation and change at NN Life Japan. The team is responsible for expense management and vendor management and tracking. The team provides timely analysis, reporting and insights to support efficient and optimized technology and change organization.
【Position Summary】As a member Technology Business Management team you will support development of the Technology business plan and budgets. You will support expense management and vendor management and tracking. Help support timely analysis, reporting and insights to improve and optimized technology and change services.
【Key Accountabilities】- Support business planning process for change, projects, IT and general services
- Support detailed tracking and expense management for technology operations and projects
- Responsible for internal and external communication across all levels
- Support process’ digitalization and improve visibility through adoption of dashboards/KPI reporting
- Support creation of managements reports and analytics to support Technology Business Management and CTO area
- Support vendor / contract reviews, management, and negotiations
- Detail oriented and able to work autonomously
- Experience with monthly closing, expense tracking and/or business planning and understanding of accounting preferred
- Japanese and English language capability preferred
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and adopt digital ways of working
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn Agile Way of Working and / or project management
- Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SPOL, Excel, PowerPoint or similar analytics and reporting tools preferred
- Experience in business, sales, operations, vendor management nice to have
