We are looking for an Expediter to join our team. The Expediter at Trump National Golf Club Washington D.C. is the critical link between the kitchen and the dining room — ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen is perfectly prepared, properly garnished, and delivered to the right table at the right time. In a club where standards are non-negotiable, the Expediter is the last set of eyes before food reaches our members and guests. Speed, attention to detail, and clear communication are everything in this role.

• Coordinate ticket flow between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

• Inspect each dish leaving the kitchen for quality, presentation, temperature, and accuracy against the order ticket.

• Communicate clearly with line cooks, servers, and management to keep service moving without gaps or errors.

• Assist with plating and garnishing during high-volume service periods.

• Track table pacing to ensure courses are timed appropriately for each dining party.

• Maintain a clean and organized expo station throughout service.

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club kitchen or expo role preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously under pressure.

• Clear, professional communication skills — able to relay information quickly and calmly in a busy kitchen environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality.
