We welcome applicants with previous polar or remote-camp experience, but we are equally interested in people who bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Whether you have skills in guiding, camp operations, logistics, culinary roles, marine support, guest services, or other relevant areas, we want to hear from you.
