Working closely with the Customer Success team, your mission is to drive revenue growth within our existing client portfolio. As an Expansion Manager, you are responsible for uncovering new needs within our current customer base and closing deals for additional Agicap modules and services.
What you will do:
- Partner with CS Team to implement a development strategy tailored by client segment and product.
- Define concrete use cases and assess the Return on Investment (ROI) to demonstrate the value of expanding the Agicap footprint.
- Identify key stakeholders and navigate the decision-making processes within client organizations.
- Present tailored offers, lead negotiations, and drive the sales process through to the final subscription.
- Engage daily with CEOs and CFOs of high-growth SMEs and mid-sized companies.
- Partner with Account Management to implement a development strategy tailored by client segment and product (Cashflow, CashCollect, Payments).
- Conduct high-impact software demonstrations and share strategic feedback with Product and Marketing teams.
What you should bring:
- Previous experience in Sales (ideally in Expansion, Upsell, or Account Management), Consulting, or as an Entrepreneur, with a strong grasp of Corporate Finance.
- A true "hunter" mentality with a passion for closing deals and driving growth.
- Persistence and resilience: You are comfortable navigating high-stakes discussions and defending premium pricing.
- Business acumen: You can step into the shoes of a CEO/CFO to understand their evolving cash management needs.
- Excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and high intellectual curiosity.
- A collaborative mindset and the drive to share best practices with the wider team.
