About the Role

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Existing Customer Management
Location: Hochiminh City
Function: Marketing & Partnership Distribution | Department: Existing Customer Management

Learning outcomes:

  • Develop hands-on experience in ECM campaign, including campaign implementation and data operation (data cleaning, reconciliation, and campaign reporting)

  • Gain exposure to real business use cases in customer lifecycle marketing and repurchase strategies

Description:

  • Perform data cleaning, mapping, and reconciliation across multiple sources (sales, campaign, customer data)

  • Support weekly/monthly reporting for ECM performance (repurchase tracking, campaign outcomes)

  • Prepare PowerPoint slides for internal updates, dashboards, and management presentations

  • Assist in maintaining and updating dashboards (Excel-based or BI tools)

  • Conduct basic data validation; basic data extraction

  • Proofread documents, reports, and communication materials to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Support campaign setup and tracking (e.g., lead tagging, result consolidation)

  • Assist ad-hoc analysis or requests from ECM team

Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel proficiency (data cleaning, mapping, reconciliation, basic functions, pivot tables)

  • Good PowerPoint skills for professional slide preparation

  • Attention to detail for data accuracy and document proofreading

  • Basic understanding of data handling; SQL knowledge is a plus

  • Eager to learn and proactive in taking ownership of tasks

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines

  • Willingness to work with data and repetitive tasks with high accuracy

  • Interest in marketing analytics, customer lifecycle, and data-driven decision making

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Curious mindset with willingness to explore insights from data
