Job DescriptionSports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual ready to work as an Exercise Specialist in a fast-paced physical therapy clinic. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from a physical therapist(s) by performing treatment-related exercise programs and patient-related tasks as needed.
- Assist physical therapists with patient exercise programs and treatment‑related tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming clinic experience
- Support patients through their rehab exercises with clear instruction and encouragement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff
- Help ensure patient flow and efficiency throughout the day
- Interest in or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Prior experience in a medical or fitness setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to build rapport and motivate patients

Skills Required
