The Role


Job Description:

  • Realizar acompanhamento e desenvolvimento presencial junto ao cliente, conforme KPIs estabelecidos
  • Prospecção de clientes potenciais na região ser a ser trabalhada, compreendendo as necessidades de suas clínicas e oferecendo soluções personalizadas.
  • Manutenção e fidelização dos clientes ativos Spark
  • Desenvolvimento de Plano de Ação visando o crescimento do cliente, personalizando de acordo com sua necessidade de negócios, que envolve auxílio, em precificação/vendas, marketing, treinamento equipe, suporte às plataformas e sistema Spark.
  • Organizar e realizar eventos educacionais e de negócios para os clientes
  • Manter registros precisos no sistema de CRM e garantir o acompanhamento adequado.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências do setor, concorrência e novas técnicas de vendas digitais
  • Disponibilidade para atender clientes e prospects em setor de viagem
  • outras atividades poderão ser designadas

Job Requirements:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas consultivas, preferencialmente no setor odontológico, saúde, estética ou tecnologia.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e plataformas digitais.
  • Perfil proativo, resiliente, organizado e orientado a resultados.
  • Formação superior completa (Mkt /Adm / Economia ou áreas co-relatas)
  • Experiência em venda de alinhadores ortodônticos e abertura de novos mercados para clínicas odontológicas/ortodônticas é um diferencial
