Key Responsibilities:

1.基于客户的品牌与业务目标,参与制定整合传播思路,并负责从方案到执行的落地推进;

2.作为项目日常对接人(day-to-day owner),负责客户沟通、需求拆解及进度把控,确保项目稳定推进、按时交付;

3.对接行业协会及专业学会等外部资源,为品牌构建专业背书与合作通路,推动相关内容与项目的落地执行;

4.持续关注国家在营养健康、消费市场等领域的政策导向与行业趋势,通过解读与消化转化为品牌传播机会与内容议题;

5.在既定方向下,对内容质量、传播表达及执行细节进行判断与把关,确保输出专业、清晰、有说服力;

6.带领并指导  junior 成员参与项目执行,在推进工作的同时帮助其提升内容与项目能力;

7.在项目推进过程中持续复盘与优化执行方式,提升团队整体效率与客户合作体验。

Requirement:

1.本科及以上学历,公关、传播、新闻、市场等相关专业优先;

2.3年以上公关或品牌传播经验,有独立项目或模块推进经验更佳(如果你很有潜力但年限稍少,也欢迎聊聊Executive岗位);

3.有自驱力,能在多任务和快节奏中保持清晰节奏,有序推进工作;

4.具备扎实的文字功底和创意发想能力,能够支持方案撰写、执行文案、项目总结等工作(有新闻稿、媒体内容经验者优先);

5.具备良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识,能够与客户及内部多团队高效协作;

6.对传播行业保持好奇心和热情,对健康、营养及生活方式领域有长期兴趣
