Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd.- To conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, line layout, production tools compatibility and process methodology, and thus enhance efficient and ensure smooth production.
• To determine direct and indirect materials for the best quality or specification.
• To establish and maintain the production process manual for all makes and models.
• To update the manual on a timely basis and implement phase in or phase out without fail. This manual and other related document shall be updated as when necessary.
• To work closely with various supporting departments and to develop communication networks necessary to ensure smooth production activities and achieving “DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME”
• To liaise with suppliers in terms of technical matters to ensure products and equipment/tools supplied are within acceptable quality requirement.
• To schedule and carry out preventive maintenance for Paint Shop.
• To perform any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
• To execute The General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974)

Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land. Production first commenced in August 1997.The Company is owned by a consortium of corporate shareholders, which constitutes of Sime Darby Motors Sdn. Bhd., Sime Darby Hyundai Sdn Bhd, Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea , and Berjaya Auto Berhad.
