Accountabilities and main responsibilities:
- Being responsible for a portfolio of clients to prepare the book-keeping based on frequency as required by clients.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts at such frequency as required by clients.
- Preparations of Financial Statements as per the required accounting standards.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and regulatory filings.
- Preparation of tax computation in line with prevailing requirements and filing with the authority.
- Regulatory surveys.
- Overall responsibility for client relationship, inquiries and meetings.
- Ensure that all deliverables are completed within the agreed SLA with high quality output.
- Ongoing engagement with internal stakeholders, auditors and clients.
- Ensure that all internal processes are adhered to and issues are promptly escalated.
- To ensure that internal database is updated at all times and client records are maintained as per internal policy.
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of working experience in the Global Business Sector firm would be an advantage.
- Holds a degree and / or has completed/ substantially completed a professional ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrate a client service mindset when servicing the client.
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Good written and spoken communications skills.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and an organized team player.
- Quick learner and able to adapt in different work environment.
- Well organised and a track record of working to tight deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure.
