Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Shift: Rotational (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
Role SummaryThe Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, ERP entries, stock movement, documentation, and supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities- Create GRN, stock transfers, and stock adjustment entries in the ERP.
- Maintain inventory records, batch numbers, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain stock reports, documentation, and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1–3 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of GRN, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfers, FIFO, and FEFO.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Skills Required
- 12th Pass or Graduate
- 1-3 years of warehouse or inventory experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Business Central, SAP, or Tally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of GRN, purchase orders, stock transfers, FIFO, and FEFO
- Good communication and team management skills
