Execute production of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies through mammalian cell culture, upstream processing, and basic downstream activities. Monitor culture parameters, perform sampling and in-process checks, maintain batch documentation, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and follow quality, biosafety, and safety procedures. Coordinate with QC, QA, and R&D teams while supporting process optimization and scale-up activities.
