Project Management & Delivery
Oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (planners, architects, engineers, landscape designers, economists).
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with planning policies and urban development goals.
Design Excellence
Ensure projects integrate principles of sustainability, resilience, inclusivity, and smart city development.
Champion human-centered and community-driven design approaches.
Review, critique, and elevate design outputs to achieve best-in-class urban environments.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with government agencies, private sector developers, and community groups to co-create urban spaces.
Provide expert input into planning policies, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
Represent the organization at design review panels, conferences, and public consultations.
