- Plan, organize, and execute MICE events such as conferences, incentive trips, corporate meetings, and exhibitions.
- Liaise with corporate clients to understand their requirements and tailor travel and event packages accordingly.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, venues, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare proposals, itineraries, and cost estimates for MICE projects.
- Monitor event budgets and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
- Oversee on-site event management to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on MICE industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients
