In this role, you will:
  • Serve as the dedicated white-glove technology partner for senior executives
  • Support executive events - board meetings, earnings calls, town halls, and offsites
  • Resolve high-visibility technical issues in real time, with zero tolerance for downtime
  • Lead post-incident reviews and brief technology and business leadership on findings
  • Build white-glove service standards, runbooks, and executive onboarding playbooks
  • Liaise between executive support staff and operations teams to ensure clean escalation and coverage
  • Maintain the security and compliance of executive endpoints, devices, and collaboration tools
  • Pilot new collaboration, A/V, and endpoint technologies ahead of broad deployment
  • Set and meet executive service metrics for response time, first-touch resolution, and meeting-start success
  • Direct daily risk and control operations, including access, asset tracking, and audit readiness
  • Make sound judgment calls under pressure when standard procedures don't apply
  • Coordinate white-glove coverage across locations and time zones for high-stakes events
  • Review, approve, and implement changes to support plans, refresh cycles, and coverage models
  • Partner with executive admins, facilities, security, and application teams to resolve issues
  • Mentor engineers on the discretion, communication, and executive presence the role demands
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years demonstrated experience providing white-glove IT support to C-suite executives
  • Experience managing VIP incidents and escalations with urgency and professionalism
  • Proven proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and some macOS operating systems, including mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
  • Experience with video conferencing technologies (Zoom, Teams Rooms, Webex, etc.)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN troubleshooting)
  • Experience with device management platforms (Intune, SCCM)
  • Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end (devices, networks, applications, and security tools) quickly and discreetly
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to simplify complex issues in plain language
  • Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred) with awareness of compliance and risk
  • Ability to anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Deep understanding of corporate IT policies, compliance, and security protocols
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise processes (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, procurement)
  • Skilled in workflow optimization and identifying opportunities for automation or simplification
  • Maintain regular in office presence - often up to five days per week
  • Experience partnering with IT teams and vendors to ensure secure solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent requests under pressure
  • Experience with documenting solutions, sharing knowledge and suggesting improvements.
Job Expectations:
  • Flexible to support irregular hours, on-call coverage, and executive travel/events
  • Support executive meetings and events without disruption
  • Ability to work onsite and maintain regular in office presence.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $120,000.00 - $196,000.00
