The Executive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will work to proactively identify executive-level candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques. Main responsibility will include sourcing for executive and leadership roles in Americas region which includes the United States, Canada, and Costa Rica, as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities to build candidate pipelines for critical roles. This role is responsible for ensuring high confidentiality and compliance with Talent Acquisition processes including document retention and providing data analytics when required.
This position is a P3 level.
What will you be doing?
- Sources qualified talent through a variety of channels including direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, etc.
- Delivers exceptional candidate slates by using well-proven, passive candidate recruiting methodologies
- Develops innovative attraction strategies including identification of new sourcing channels
- Share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to support the TA team
- Uses sophisticated searching techniques, which include Boolean Search, LinkedIn Talent Insight, etc.
- Supports sourcing activity through scheduling recruiting events such as career fairs, college/university recruitment events, etc.
- Uses our Smith & Nephew Culture pillars and our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to engage leads and convert them into applicants
- Drives continued focus on Diversity & Inclusion by attracting a diverse workforce to our company by identifying versatile people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles
- Works closely with TA Specialists to ensure a clear understanding of skills, requirements and experience needed for identified roles and forecasted demand required for pipelining efforts
- Collaborates with TA team members to gain a greater understanding of the organizations we support
What will you need to be successful?
- Ideally 5+ years of shown experience as a sourcing specialist or a combination of recruiter and sourcing specialist
- Proficient in English (C1) with strong written and oral communication skills
- Broad perspective and understanding of the business
- Innovative thinking
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
- Ability for critical evaluation
- Positive relationship management
