Job Description:

At TD, we recognize that exceptional leaders drive exceptional outcomes. We are seeking a highly strategic Executive Recruiter to identify, attract, and secure top executive and senior leadership talent across the organization.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR partners, leveraging deep market intelligence, executive search expertise, and extensive talent networks to build leadership pipelines that support TD's long-term business strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end executive search and recruitment mandates for Assistant Vice Presidents, and other critical leadership roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, competitive intelligence, and succession considerations.
  • Develop and execute proactive search strategies to identify, assess, and engage diverse executive talent.
  • Build and maintain robust leadership talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping and talent research to identify top industry talent.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities.
  • Deliver a high-touch, exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the executive recruitment process.
  • Leverage talent analytics and market insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.
  • Represent TD externally, enhancing our executive employment brand and cultivating relationships with industry leaders and talent communities.
  • Ensure all executive search activities are conducted with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, governance, and risk management.
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
  • Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function
  • Champion the modernization of Talent Acquisition by adopting and leveraging emerging technologies and data-driven practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement by challenging traditional approaches and identifying innovative solutions to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and executive hiring excellence

What You'll Bring

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3-5 + years of experience in executive recruiting  and/or senior level roles
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent across complex organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and consult senior business leaders.
  • Expertise in executive sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate assessment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
