Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience in executive support, office administration, hospitality, operations coordination, or corporate office management
  • Strong customer service mindset with polished communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and logistics with strong attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, presentations, and office events
  • Comfortable supporting high-touch employee and visitor experiences in a professional office environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Visio, or similar business systems highly preferred
  • Notary Public certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, executive support, hospitality, or operations coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills with a collaborative and service-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Strong attention to detail, urgency, and accountability
