Job Responsibilities
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Business and Corporate Banking - Loan Origination System under tight schedules.
- Coordinate loan application workflow testing with the wholesale credit division and credit admin officers for relevant changes.
- Prepare test scripts, capture test results, and document proof of testing (including third-party and integrated screens) for change request enhancements and production fixes.
- Handle system Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates for any workflow changes.
- Prepare system newsletters and announcements to be published on the system login page for user information sharing.
Requirements
- Background in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or Test Engineering.
- Experience with a Loan Origination System is highly preferred.
- Ability to create attractive PDFs for knowledge sharing with system users.
